Properties：
NC-3 is an effective nucleating agent for polypropylene, which will take place of DBS. It takes the function of improving polythene or polypropylene’s crystal and making the crystalline small, so as to improve products’ diaphaneity ,surface, lustre ,rigidity, heating deformation temperature and short products’ forming periods. It is especially used in improving polypropylene, mould plastics products’ transparency and in adding LLDPE films’ diaphaneity , and it also can take remarkable effect on improving LLDPE agricultural films’ transparency rate. Because of adopting especial synthetic and fine treatments, NC-3 products have good properties and none flavour.
Application：
Nucleating agent NC-3 is high effective clarifying agent for polypropylene homopolymer & random copolymer. Nucleating agent NC-3 could be blended with polypropylene powder though the dry mixing or the master batch and it gives high transparency and improves mechanical properties, heat resistance. Nucleating agent NC-3 helped make polypropylene more appealing to consumers and increased its usefulness through improved transparency.
Health and safety:
NC-3 products are licensed to be used in foods packaging material by FDA. Avoid forming dust and ought to be far away fire.
Storage and Package: NC-3 should be kept in dry and winding place, and packaged in knitted bag or Kraft paper bag lined with plastic bag inside.
Packing :
Every 10 kg are packed in one kraft paper carton with PE liner, and single PE bag inside.
