Application of Nucleating agent NC-3 for Polypropylene (PP)products  (I)



To show  the amazing effect of our nucleating agent NC-3, following pictures are contrast tests for Polypropylene food container with NC-3 and without NC-3.

PIC 1.  NC-3 offer Polypropylene containers shining, smooth and beautiful apperance.(Injection)




PIC 2.  Without NC-3, the Polypropylene container is so ugly like orange peel. (Injection)




PIC 3. Without NC-3, Polypropylene container's surface is dull and not attractive at all. (Injection)




NC-3 is safe and approved by US  FDA to be used in products which contact foods directly. NC-3 could be mixed with PP resin directly,however, it is more recommended to transfer NC-3 into nucleating masterbatch first and add mastebatch into resin . Nulceating/clarifying mastebatch are also available too. To know more about NC-3, pls visit here.
